Legal & Safety pages
Hi from RugbyDiva
RugbyDiva is a place for girls who love rugby. We wrote this page to help you understand what we know about you and why. You can always ask a grown-up you trust to help.
What information we collect
We keep your first name, how old you are (your date of birth), your team and age group, and the rugby things you enjoy. We get this from your parent or guardian — you do not need to give us your email or phone number.
Why we need it
So your coach knows which team you are in, so you can earn badges and rugby moments, and so we can keep you safe.
Who can see it
Your parent or guardian, your coach and the people who run your club can see what they need to help you. We never show your phone number, email or home details to other people on RugbyDiva.
What we don't make public
We do not put your personal details or contact details on public pages. If a photo of you is shown, that is because your parent or guardian said it was okay.
How your parent or guardian helps
Your parent or guardian looks after your account. They can change what is shared, say yes or no to photos, and stop things if you are uncomfortable.
How to report something
If anything feels wrong — a mean message, a photo you don't like, or someone being unkind — tell a grown-up you trust. You can also use our Report a Safety Concern page. We will listen and help.
How to ask us to change or delete information
If you want us to change or remove your information, ask your parent or guardian to contact us, or use the Report a Safety Concern page. We will help.
