Who can upload images
Verified club managers and coaches can upload team and club images. Parents and guardians can upload images relating to their own child. Anyone uploading must have consent for images of children.
Parent/guardian consent
A child's image is only published where a parent or guardian has given consent through the platform. Consent is specific to the area of use (private team, club, public, marketing).
Team and private areas
Images shared in private team areas are visible only to the team and connected families. These require team-level consent.
Public publication
Images shown on public club pages, the directory, or in marketing require explicit public/marketing consent from the parent or guardian.
Withdrawing consent
Parents and guardians can withdraw consent at any time in Parent Controls. We will stop new uses; already-lawfully-published images may take time to remove.
Reporting, removal, moderation and safeguarding
Anyone can report an image. We can remove images that breach this policy or our safeguarding policy. Images that raise a safeguarding concern are preserved and referred where needed.
