Seller eligibility
You must be 18 or over, verified using your date of birth, and not suspended or banned from selling.
Stripe onboarding and identity verification
You must complete Stripe Connect onboarding, including identity verification handled by Stripe. RugbyDiva does not hold your identity documents or bank details — Stripe does.
Seller responsibilities
You are responsible for the items you list, for safe handover, and for complying with the law. You must respond to buyers and act honestly.
Accurate descriptions and item condition
Describe items accurately, including faults. Misleading listings can be removed and may lead to suspension.
Prohibited goods
You may not list anything illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, age-restricted, or that infringes another's rights. RugbyDiva can remove prohibited listings.
Commission, payout and refunds
RugbyDiva's commission is deducted from each sale. Payouts are made through Stripe Connect. Refunds follow our no-refunds policy, except where the law requires otherwise or RugbyDiva decides exceptionally. Where a refund is processed, your payout is adjusted accordingly.
Disputes
RugbyDiva can mediate disputes and may reverse a sale or process a refund in serious cases. Decisions are made to protect the marketplace and its users.
Tax responsibilities
You are responsible for your own tax affairs. Whether you need to declare or pay tax depends on your circumstances and total selling activity. RugbyDiva does not assume every seller is automatically liable for tax. If unsure, seek advice from HMRC or a qualified adviser. Where the law requires RugbyDiva to report marketplace seller information, we will do so.
