Verification
Club managers are verified by RugbyDiva before managing a club. Coaches and staff are added by a verified manager. Verification can be withdrawn.
Accurate club information
You are responsible for keeping club, team, age group and event information accurate and up to date.
Safeguarding responsibilities
You must follow your club and governing-body safeguarding policies, act in children's best interests, and report concerns through RugbyDiva and your club's safeguarding lead.
Access to team information and confidentiality
You may access team and player information only for your role. You must keep it confidential and not share it outside the platform or your club.
Appropriate use of child information
You must use information about children only to support their rugby and safety. You must not contact children outside the platform inappropriately or use their data for other purposes.
Messaging, photos and events
Messaging is limited to your team and role. Photos of children require parental consent (see our Photo & Video Consent policy). Events you publish must be safe and accurately described.
Account security and removal of access
Keep your login secure. Access is removed when you leave a role; you must tell RugbyDiva if access should be withdrawn.

Use Report a Safety Concern for any safeguarding or safety issue.
