Is RugbyDiva free to use?

Yes. Browsing clubs, finding events, joining a club, and using the Player Dashboard and Girls' Zone are all free for players and parents. The shop and some festival entries may have their own fees set by the club or organiser.

How do I join a club?

Find a club in the Find a Club directory, open its profile, and tap "Join this club". You'll pick one of your players and a team at that club, then your request is sent to the club's managers for approval. You can also request to join from your Player Dashboard under My Players & Teams.

Once I've signed up and belong to a club, what can I see?

How do I find and apply to girls' rugby festivals and events?

Open Find Events to browse upcoming festivals, tournaments, cups, development days and other girls' rugby events. Filter by age group, format and region, then open an event to see the details and apply on behalf of your club. Club managers can also apply from their Find Events page.

Do players automatically move up to the next age group at the start of a new season?

At the start of each new season, your club manager rolls up the age groups. Players who are currently signed up move to the next age group for the new season (for example U14 Girls move up to U15 Girls). In August, RugbyDiva prepares these move-ups and asks you to confirm your child's move-up — you'll get an in-app notification. Once you confirm and the manager completes the roll-up, your child appears in the new age group's team for the new season, with all their previous history kept intact.

Who can manage a club on RugbyDiva?

Only verified club managers and RugbyDiva admins can edit a Club Hub, manage teams, approve join requests and post events. Claiming a club starts an unverified manager account that an admin must verify before access is granted.

Can a club have more than one manager?

Yes — clubs often have different managers for different age groups. The first person to claim an unclaimed club becomes the club's owner (pending admin verification). Once verified, that owner can add as many additional managers as needed from the "Club Managers" panel on the Club Hub, by entering each manager's RugbyDiva email. Each added manager gets full editing access to the hub — teams, staff, events and join requests. Admins can also add or remove managers from the admin dashboard.

How do I update my team's age group for a new season?

On your My Club page, each team has a roll-up button (↑) next to the edit pencil. Tap it to move the team up one age grade — for example U14 becomes U15 for the new season. All current members' age groups update at the same time, keeping your roster intact. You can also edit a team manually to change its age group.

How do I roll up my age groups for the new season?

Each August, ahead of the September season start, RugbyDiva automatically emails every club manager a reminder to roll up, with step-by-step instructions. We also pre-prepare the move-ups for your currently signed-up players. To complete the roll-up:

How do I create a festival or event as a club manager?

From your manager dashboard, open Create Event and fill in the date, venue, age groups, format, entry details and contact info. New events are reviewed by a RugbyDiva admin before they appear publicly. Once approved, your event shows in Find Events and other clubs can apply.

How does my child's data stay private?

Children's details never appear in public club searches. Team rosters, attendance and contact details are only visible to the owning parent and the club's authorised managers. Read our Parent Privacy and Child Safeguarding pages for the full protections.

What are media consent settings and how do I change them?

Media consent lets you control where photos of your child can appear — from private team-only photos through to club pages and marketing. Manage each consent type from Parent Controls on your dashboard. You can grant or withdraw consent at any time, and withdrawing it removes future use of your child's images.

How do I report a safety concern or block someone?

Use Parent Controls to block another user, or visit our Report a Concern page to flag a safeguarding, bullying or inappropriate-contact issue to the RugbyDiva team. For immediate danger, contact the emergency services first. All reports are reviewed by admins and handled confidentially.

The preloved marketplace lets adults buy and sell second-hand rugby kit. To keep children safe, only users verified as 18+ can create or message about listings. Browse items publicly, but you'll need to sign in to buy or list.

How does the shop work?

The shop sells official RugbyDiva and partner rugby products. Browse the shop, add items to your bag, and check out securely. You can review your past orders from the My Orders page after signing in.
