Parental responsibility

By creating a parent or guardian account you confirm you hold parental responsibility for the child and are entitled to make decisions about their use of RugbyDiva.

Creating and managing a child's account

You create and manage your child's profile. You decide what information is shared and can change it at any time. Where a child is old enough, we encourage you to involve them in these decisions.

Accuracy of information

Please make sure your child's information is accurate, especially their date of birth, so we can apply the right age-appropriate features.

Privacy controls

You can manage media consent, who can contact your child's profile, and what is visible. These controls are in Parent Controls in your dashboard.

Photo and video consent and withdrawing it

Images of your child are only published with your consent. You can give or withdraw consent at any time in Parent Controls; withdrawing consent will stop new images being shown but does not remove images already lawfully shared. See our Photo & Video Consent policy.

Your child's participation

RugbyDiva is a tool to support your child's rugby. It does not replace your club's safeguarding arrangements or your judgement about your child's activities. You are not expected to watch every message, but we encourage open conversation with your child.

Safeguarding reporting

If you have a concern about your child or another child, use our Report a Safety Concern page or contact your club's safeguarding lead. In an emergency, call 999.

Access and deletion requests

You can ask to see or delete the information we hold about your child. Contact us using the details in the Legal Contact box.

Account security

Keep your login safe. If you think someone has accessed your account, tell us promptly.
