Who can sell
Only adults aged 18 and over can sell on Preloved. Sellers must complete Stripe Connect onboarding and accept the Preloved Seller Terms. Minors cannot independently sell or receive payments through Preloved.
Buyer requirements
Buyers must have a RugbyDiva account. Payments are made through Stripe Checkout. RugbyDiva does not collect or store your card details.
Seller requirements
Sellers must provide accurate listings, offer collection and/or delivery as stated, and only list items they are allowed to sell. Sellers are responsible for their items and for responding to buyers.
Stripe Connect, payments and commission
Payments are processed by Stripe using destination charges. RugbyDiva charges a commission on each sale, shown before purchase and calculated by RugbyDiva. The seller receives the sale price minus commission. Commission is set by RugbyDiva and cannot be changed by buyer or seller.
Seller payouts
Payouts to sellers are handled by Stripe Connect. RugbyDiva does not see or store sellers' bank account details — those are held by Stripe. Payout status is shown in the seller dashboard.
Listings and prohibited items
Listings are reviewed by RugbyDiva before going live. Prohibited items include anything illegal, unsafe, age-restricted goods, and items that infringe others' rights. See the Preloved Seller Terms for the full list.
Delivery and collection
Sellers state whether they offer collection, delivery or both. Buyers choose at checkout. Each party is responsible for the safe handover of items.
Refunds
Preloved operates on a no-refunds basis: all purchases are final. UK consumer rights may apply in some circumstances. See our Refund Policy. RugbyDiva may process a refund where required by law or as an exceptional goodwill measure, handled via Stripe.
Disputes and cancellations
If something goes wrong, contact the other party through Preloved messages, then report the issue to RugbyDiva. We can mediate, reverse a listing, or in serious cases process a refund. Cancellations before payment release the listing back to sale.
Fraudulent listings and marketplace moderation
Fraudulent or misleading listings are removed and accounts may be suspended. RugbyDiva can remove any listing or account to protect the marketplace.
