Acceptable Use

What we expect from you

• Be honest about who you are and your relationship to a child or club.
• Treat other users with respect. No bullying, harassment, intimidation or hateful language.
• Do not attempt to contact a child directly or privately unless you are their parent, guardian or an authorised member of their club staff.
• Do not search for or share children's personal information.
• Only upload photos of children where you have the parent or guardian's consent, and only to the appropriate private team area.
• Do not impersonate another person or club.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls by changing URLs, IDs or API requests.

What is not allowed

• Grooming, sexual content or inappropriate contact with children.
• Sharing a child's full name, date of birth, address, school or contact details publicly.
• Creating a listing on behalf of a child on the Preloved marketplace.
• Using the platform to advertise in a way that targets children.
• Any attempt to access another club's teams or children.

What we may do

If these standards are broken, RugbyDiva may warn, restrict, suspend or permanently remove an account, remove content, and preserve evidence for safeguarding or legal purposes. Serious concerns about a child are escalated to the appropriate authorities.

Reporting

If you see something that breaks these standards, please report a concern. For immediate danger, contact the emergency services.
