Legal & Safety

Online Safety

RugbyDiva is built to be a safe online space for girls' rugby. This page sets out the protections that prevent harm and the tools available to report it.

Legal & Safety pages

In an emergency

If a child is in immediate danger, call 999 (or 112). RugbyDiva is not an emergency service.

Preventing harmful contact

  • Children cannot be messaged privately by unknown adults.
  • Coach-to-child, manager-to-child, advertiser-to-child and seller-to-child private messaging is not allowed.
  • Adult-to-child communication is routed through the parent or guardian account and authorised club staff.
  • No adult can search the platform specifically to find an individual child.

Content and conduct

Bullying, harassment, grooming, inappropriate images and suspicious adult behaviour are prohibited. Team photos (RugbyDiva Moments) are private by default and visible only to authorised team members, parents and staff. There is no public child photo gallery.

Reporting and blocking

You can report a safety concern at any time, and you can block another user where appropriate. Reports go to RugbyDiva's safeguarding team and urgent concerns are escalated.

What we do not allow

  • Advertising targeted at children using their name, age, location, team, attendance or performance.
  • Selling or sharing children's personal information with advertisers.
  • Public child rankings, scores or popularity comparisons.
  • Children selling items on the Preloved marketplace independently.
