What we collect and why
We collect only what is genuinely needed to run the platform: your name and email to create your account, and limited details about your child so they can take part in a team. We do not collect unnecessary location, behavioural, tracking or profiling data about children.
Who can see your child's information
- You, as the parent or guardian linked to your child.
- Authorised club staff and coaches for the team your child belongs to — and only that team.
- RugbyDiva administrators for safety, support and moderation.
No other parent, and no unrelated adult, can search for or view your child's private information. Another parent cannot access your child's data.
Your controls
From your dashboard you can:
- view the information stored about your child;
- manage photo and video consent for your child;
- manage team participation;
- request correction or deletion of information;
- report a safeguarding concern;
- withdraw consent where applicable.
Photos and consent
You decide whether your child appears in private team photos, club photos, public RugbyDiva pages and marketing. You can change this at any time. If you withdraw consent, your child will not appear in any future public use.
Data security
Access to children's data is authorised server-side and protected by role-based access control and database-level rules. Changing a URL, ID or API request will not grant access to another child's information.
