1. Who can sell
Only verified adult users aged 18 or over may create Preloved listings or receive marketplace payments. Minor accounts can never sell, create listings or receive payouts. A parent or guardian may sell using their own adult account. Before publishing your first listing you must complete Stripe Connect seller onboarding and accept these terms.
2. Item condition & authenticity
Sellers must describe items accurately, including condition, size, brand and any wear or damage. Counterfeit or mis-described goods are prohibited. RugbyDiva may remove listings that breach these terms.
3. Prohibited goods
You may not list unsafe, illegal, age-restricted, counterfeit, or inappropriate items, or anything that exploits or endangers children. RugbyDiva reserves the right to remove any listing and suspend or ban sellers who breach this policy.
4. Platform commission
RugbyDiva charges a commission on each completed sale, configurable by the RugbyDiva admin (default 10%). The commission is deducted from the sale price before your payout is calculated. The exact breakdown is shown to the buyer before payment and recorded on each transaction.
5. Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. RugbyDiva never sees or stores your card details. Sellers receive payouts to their connected Stripe account. Stripe processing fees, where applicable, are recorded on the transaction.
6. Delivery & collection
Sellers choose to offer collection, delivery, or both. For collection, sellers and buyers arrange a safe public meeting point through RugbyDiva messaging — home addresses must never be shared publicly. For delivery, sellers may provide tracking information through the order. Private seller address details are never exposed on public listings.
7. Refunds & cancellations
All Preloved purchases are final. RugbyDiva Preloved is a peer-to-peer secondhand marketplace and we do not offer refunds or order cancellations. Please check listings carefully — including photos, condition, size and collection/delivery options — before completing your purchase. If an item does not arrive or is significantly not as described, you may raise a dispute through Stripe or contact RugbyDiva via the report system, and we will review the matter; any resolution is at RugbyDiva's discretion and does not guarantee a refund.
8. Disputes
If a dispute arises, contact RugbyDiva through the report or contact system. RugbyDiva may review transactions, mediate, and where necessary reverse transactions or suspend accounts.
9. Buyer & seller responsibilities
Buyers and sellers are responsible for their own conduct, accurate descriptions, safe collection arrangements and lawful use of the marketplace. Never share personal contact details publicly; keep all communication inside RugbyDiva messaging until a transaction is agreed.
10. Tax & reporting
Selling on RugbyDiva is not automatically tax-free. You are responsible for your own tax obligations. RugbyDiva may have UK digital-platform reporting obligations and may collect and retain the seller information required to comply with applicable law.
