Who can use RugbyDiva
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Players under 18 must have a parent or guardian complete and approve their account. Club managers must be authorised to represent their club and may need to be verified by RugbyDiva before using management features.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account.
- Parents and guardians are responsible for their children's use of the platform and for any player profiles they create.
- Tell us straight away if your account is used without your permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use RugbyDiva for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or abusive purpose.
- Post content that is offensive, bullying, discriminatory, sexual, violent or that harms children.
- Share or request personal contact details for children.
- Upload photos or videos of anyone without the appropriate consent (see our Photo & Video Policy).
- Impersonate another person or club, or pretend to have qualifications you do not hold.
- Try to access data you are not allowed to see, or interfere with the platform's security.
- Send unsolicited or unwanted messages to other users.

Clubs, teams and events
Club managers are responsible for the accuracy of their club information and for managing join requests, team memberships and events lawfully and safely. Managers must follow our Child Safeguarding policy and our Club & Coach Terms.
Preloved marketplace and shop
The Preloved marketplace is a community space for selling or giving away second-hand rugby kit. Transactions are between buyers and sellers. RugbyDiva is not a party to those sales and is not responsible for the condition or delivery of items. Do not share children's personal details in listings. Our shop sells products directly and is subject to the terms shown at checkout.
Content and ownership
You keep ownership of content you post. You give RugbyDiva a limited licence to display it on the platform and to remove or moderate it where it breaches these terms. You must only post content you have the right to share.
Reports and moderation
We may review, remove or disable access to content, suspend accounts and report serious matters to the relevant authorities. Safeguarding concerns involving a child will be treated as a priority.
Our responsibility
We provide RugbyDiva as a community platform. We work hard to keep it safe, but we are not responsible for the conduct of other users, the accuracy of club-supplied information, or the outcome of arrangements made through the platform. Nothing in these terms limits any legal rights you may have as a consumer under UK law.
Suspending or closing accounts
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or where we believe it is necessary to protect users, especially children.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
